Our four historic properties are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, hidden right in the center of town.

Rented together, the homes provide a perfect blend of proximity -- and privacy -- for extended family and friends.

Two Townhomes - sleep 10:
* Casa Villa Serra and Casa Pátria are located on the same private, cobbled lane. (4 seconds from door-to-door.)

Two Apartments - sleep 8:
* Casa Santana and Casa Travessa are located in the same 19th-century building.

All Four Properties - sleep 18:
* It takes four (4) minutes to walk from the townhomes to the apartments.

Together, they sleep up to 18 people:

Casa Villa Serra, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (sleeps 6)
Casa Pátria, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (sleeps 4)
Casa Santana, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sofa/trundlebeds (sleeps 2 - 4)
Casa Travessa, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sofa/trundlebeds (sleeps 2 - 4)

This is a quiet residential neighbourhood.

As per the Rental Agreement, parties and meetings are not allowed.
Absolutely no loud voices or music on the streets, terraces or inside the homes.

Any disturbance to the neighbors will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds paid.
